PLAINS' REPRESENTATIVES* COUNTRY WEEK TEAM. At the conclusion of the Possibles v. Probables ladies’ hockey match at Ngatea on Saturday the following players were selected to represent the Hauraki Plains Ladies’ Hockey Association in the Country Week tournament at Auckland next month : —

Goalkeeper, Miss R. Harris ; fullback’s, Misses M. Miller and T- Sloane; half-backs, Miss I. Jesen, Mrs Hira, Miss E. Wheeler; forwards, Misses Mavis Beaver. A. Candy, M. Courtney, E. Candy, Madge Beaver. Emergencies: Misses E. Jowsey and F. Berney, forwards ; Misses K. Courtney and B. Thompson, backs. This team will play a practice match against another team at Ngatea on Saturday next as a curtainraiser to the representative football match.
