N.Z. CRICKETERS.
MATCH AGAINST LEICESTER. GOOD STAND BY COLONIALS. In the first innings of the three days’ match against the Leicesteershire eleven at Leicester the New Zealand cricketers made 371 runs, and the home side replied with 204. Cabled advice receivd this morning states that the New Zealanders had lost 9 wickets for 165 runs in their second innings. The match will con-‘ elude to-day.
. Commencing to-morrow, the New Zealanders will play a two days’ match against Durham at Sunderland.
