PURSUANT to Sections of “The Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926,” I hereby give notice that a poll of the ratepayers of the Borough of Paeroa was taken on the 27th day of April, 1927, on the proposal of the Paeroa Borough Council to borrow the sum of two thousand pounds (£2000) for the purpose, of acquiring a site and erecting Swimming Ba'ths thereon. The number of votes recorded for the Proposal was 292. The number of votes recorded against the Proposal was 89. L therefore declare that the Proposal was carried.
