Public Notices. PAEROA BOROUGH COUNCIL. NOTICE OF PROPOSAL TO RAISE A SPECIAL LOAN. PURSUANT to Section 11 of “The Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926,” notice is hereby given that the Paeroa Borough Council proposes to raise a Special Loan as follows: — Proposed Loan of £2OOO for the .purpose of acquiring a site and erecting Swimming Baths, including Jhe first year's interest and sinking fund and the cost of raising' the Loan. That the Paeroa Borough Council proposes to make such Loan repayable in 36£ years, and proposes to make provision for the repayment thereof by a sinking fund of not less than one per centum per annum. That the proposed security for the repayment of such Loan shall be an annually recurring Special Rate not exceeding one farthing (£d) in the £ on the unimproved value of all rateable property in the Borough of Paeroa. That the Paeroa Borough Council, being unable to provide the necessary funds for these works out of thb ordinary revenue of the Borough, proposes to raise the above-mentioned Special Loan.
