HOW TO AVOID INDIGESTION.
In meat digestive troubles, excess acid and fermented food have a tendency to remain in the stomach until the next meal is eaten. That is why intense pain so often follows immediately after eating. In cases of this kind, digestive disturbance’ can bo absolutely prevented by taking half a teaspoonful of ‘Bisurated’ Magnesia powder, or two or three tablets in a little water half an hour before eating. This neutralizes the acid, and in effect washes out the stomach, leaving it clean and sweet for the next meal. Get a package of ‘Bisurated’ Magnesia from your chemist to-day. Take it before your next meal and note the. absen?e o.f the usual pain and discomfort. In very had cases take another dose utter meals, to make assurance doubly sure.
