A special train leaves Frankton 7.30 a.m., Paeroa 9.40, arriving Thames South 10.50 a.m. Return train leaves Thames at 6 p.m., Thames South 6.20, Paeroa 7.24, arriving Frankton 9.57 p.m. Usual 7.40 a.m. Frankton-Thames train leaves Paeroa 10.45 a.m., Thames South 11.50, arriving Thames 11.55 a.m. Usual 5.36 p.m. Paeroa-Waihi train will be delayed to leave Paeroa 7.25 p.m. NEW ZEALAND RAILWAYS. SUNDAY EXCURSION THAMES TO WAITOMO CAVES. ON SUNDAY, 27th MARCH, special excursion train, connecting with motor buses to and from Waitomo Caves and taking passengers from all stations Thames to Frankton inclusive, will leave Thames 8.35 a.m., Paeroa 9.31, Hangatiki arrive 12.35 p.m. Return train leaves Hangatiki at 6.15 p.m., Paeroa 9.19 p.m. Cheap Excursion Tickets will be issued to Hangatiki from Thames, Frankton, and intermediate stations. These tickets will be issued in conjunction with a special ticket (cost 11/-) embracing the return motor trip Hangatiki to Waitomo and the guide fees for viewing three caves. The rail tickets will be available only by the above special trains and are not available for break of journey. Example of Combined Return Fares is as follows : From Paeroa, First 23/6, Second 19/6. Excursionists can obtain hot water at Waitomo. Refreshment Rooms at Frankton will be open on both outward and return journeys.
