There is a right royal atmosphere of laughter in the latest “Aussie.” It is a Duke and Duchess number, full of laughter and wit appropriate to the Royal visit. Writers and artists all over Australia and New Zealand make merry in characteristic style over the big event; not, of course, at the expense of the visitors, but in that happy, good-humoured style so characteristic of the magazine. The issue is devoted to the purpose o'f making the Duke and Duchess laugh with us. This .aspect of the issue is not overdone, for there is plenty of humour of a general nature, and the usual literary and stage features help to make an altogether outstanding number.
