PAEROA STOCK SALE.
RE-OPENING OF YARDS. SALE TO-MORROW’. Various attempts ’have been madeto establish regular stock sales in Paeie,a, but through want of sufficient patronage by the farmers it has not eventuated. Another start is being made, this time by the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency, Ltd. tf tomorrow (Tuesday), and judging by trie list of entries published elsewhere, should result in establishing regular sales in Paeroa. It has always appeared strange that although Paeroa is the centre of a large farming district the sales have not proved a success and it is to: be hoped that tne effort, now being put forward by the N.Z. Loan and Mercantile Agency will be backed up by the settlers to such an extent that regular sales will result. Some of the principals in the Auckland office of the company will be present to-morrow,, and will be pleased to meet settlers, and also the business people of Paeroa.
