PURSUANT to Section 3 of the “Local Bodies Loans Act, 1926,” PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the special roll and plan of all the rateable properties in the Horahia-Opou-Piako Watershed Special Rating Area, over which it is proposed to raise a loan of £l4OO for certain drainage purposes, is deposited for public inspection during ordinary office hours at the office of the Horahia Drainage Board, to wit, the residence of W. E. G. Willy, Piako Road, Turua, between the fourteenth day of February, 1927, and the twenty-first day of February, 1927, inclusive. The boundaries of the said Special Rating Area are as follows : All that area in the Horahia Drainage District bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of the Orchard East Road with the right bank of the Piako River ; thence along the southern side of the Orchard East Road in an easterly direction to the northeast corner of Horahia Opou 3B1B1; thence generally in a southerly direction by the eastern boundary of Horahia Olpou 38181 to its intersection with the northern boundary of Section 16, Block 2, Waihou Survey District; thence generally in a south-east-erly direction parallel to and 30 chains distant from the eastern side of the Kopuarahi-Kerepeehi Road to a point on the northern boundary of Section 9, Block VI., Waihou Survey District, 30 chains distant from the north-west corner of the aforesaid section; thence by a right line to the north-east corner of Section 10, Block 2, Waihou S.D., thence generally by a right line in a southwesterly direction to the northeast corner of Sectionll, Block 2, Waihou S.D.; thence south-east-erly along the eastern boundary of Section 11, Block 2, Waihou S.D. to its intersection with the northern side of the KerepeehiWharepoa Road ; thence generally in a westerly direction along the northern side of the aforesaid road to its intersection with the right bank of the Piako River; thence generally in a north-west-erly direction by the right bank of the Piako River to the point of commencement.
