STARS HELD BY HIKUTAIA, MORRINSVILLE WINS CLUB MATCH Morrins vine Club’s challenge match for the Goldfields Stars was piayed on Saturday, against the holders, Hikutaia, at Hikutaia, but was nosuccessful, the holders retaining the trophies by 26—14. Morrinsville were never, in a winning position, the home rink taking the lead on the third head, and increasing it as the game, went on, An inter-club match wKji Hikutaia was also played, the Stars game being included in the aggregate, and in this Morrinsville were successful by 108 points to 97.
