Railway Notices. NEW ZEALAND RAILWAYS. CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR HOLIDAYS. The period of issue of Holiday Excursion tickets will be extended until sth. January. ON 24th DECEMBER tram leaves Paeroa for Thames at 5.45 p.m., returning Thames to Paeroa at 9.30 p.m. ON CHRISTMAS DAY ordinary timetable will be suspended and trains leave Paeroa as follows: For Thames, 12'23 a.m., 10.50 a.m., 3.17 p.m.; for Auckland, 10.55 a.m.; for Frankton 4.15 a.m., 5.35 p.m.; for Waihi 11 a.m., 320 p.m. Trains leave Waihi for Paeroa 9.30 a.m., and 2 p.m. On 27th DECEMBER usual 3.40 p.m. Frankton-Paeroa train will not run.
On Ist JANUARY the following trains will not run : 6.37 a.m. Paeroa-Frankton, 10.30 a.m., 3.40 p.m. Frankton-Paeroa, and 5.46 p.m. Paeroa-Waihi. Usual'B.3s a.m. Thames-Te Aroha train leaves Thames 8.35 a.m., Paeroa 10.31, Te Aroha arrives 11 a.m. Extra trains leave Paeroa as follows : For Te Aroha 9.40 a.m., for Thames 5.50 p.m., for Waihi 6.45 p.m. Trains leave Te Aroha for Paeroa 5 p.m., 5.50 p.m. Train leaves Thames for Paeroa 7.25 p.m. For full particulars inquire at stations or see booklet, obtainable at all stations.
