(To the Editor.} Sir, —in regard to the above, I n.3w feel called on to draw the attention o'f you and others interested .that the results of the recent Boards’ conference have amply justified my previous remarks, and I wish further to remark that the same stonewall that, has always' been meat with by movements tPr better drainage in this area is still in evidence.
