McLean, £2O 2S Bd, costs £4 7s 6d ; Wallace Supplies, Ltd., v. A. Linwood, £8 5s lOd, dos,ts £1 10‘s. 6d. JUDGMENT SUMMONSES. R. Mitchell, labourer, Thames, was ordered to pay M. Goonan,, Paeroa, the sum of £lB 5s 6d, costs, in default 10 days’ imprisonment in Thames gaol, the warrant (jo be’suspended so long as debtor paid at the rate of £2 a' fortnight, first payment to be made on December 20, 1926; W. E. Collinson was ordered to pay Brocket and Shand £3l 3s forthwith, in default 10 days’ imprisonment in Thames - gaol, the warrant to be suspended so long as debtor paid at the rate of £1 a month, the first payment to be made on January 6, 1927. L. Gage, labourer, Paeroa Was ordered to pay Brocket and Shand £8 6s lOd, in default three days’ imprisonment in Thames gaol, the warrant to be suspended so long as debtor paid at the rate of £1 a month commencing on January 6, 1927.
