A short sitting of the Warden’s Court was held at Paeroa on Monday, Mr F. W. Platts, S.M., Warden, presiding. The Rising Sun Gold Mining Co., Ltd., was granted six months’ protection on the Rising Sun S.Q.C. No. 205, on special license site No. 7896, on Rising Sun Extended S.Q.C. No. 8488, and on the Veritas S.Q.C. No. 8351. The surrender of residence site No. 8556 was accepted from Mrs Margaret Gibb, as also was a, similar site, No, 8449, from James H. Farmer.
