A Melbourne newspaper is offering cash prizes to the boy and girl who killed the greatest number df flies during the week ending'November 20. The ideal follows a, statement by the City Council health officer that every two flies killed now is, equivalent to killing a million in February. They may be killed by any means, but the flies have to be taken to the newspaper office to determine the greatest number. Three guineas was the sum to be given to the boiy whose harvest was greatest, and a similar amount to the girl whose 'aim was the deadliest.
