' A wealth of striking illustrations characterises this week’s issue of the “N.Z. Sporting and Dramatic Review.” The Thames Jockey Club’s meeting at Parawai is represented in a series of snapshots of leading events, and the concluding day of the Wellington Racing Club’s, gathering furnishes, some striking pictures. The Auckland Competitions Festival has two pages of portraits’of winners in the various divisions. Liberal space is devoted to the Devonport Bowling Club’s opening, the Waikato Hunt meeting at Cambridge, the League, All Blacks at the opening match, and other topical subjects. Stage, motion pictures, society, and fashion are attractively dealt with and should make a special appeal to all.
