BY Order-in-Countil, made and issued by His Excellency the Governor-General m Council on the 20th day of September, 1926, under the authority of the above Act, it was determined that the duty by way of land-taxlevi-able under the said Act should be paid in one sum on Friday, the sth day of November, 1926, at the office of the Commissioner of Taxes, Government Buildings, Wellington; and, in accordance with such Order-in-Council, I hereby give notice that the said duty will be payable accordingly. Additional tax will accrue if the tax is not paid on or before 26th November, 1926. The liability to pay is not suspended by any objection. The tax should be paid on or before the prescribed date, otherwise the additional percentage a’ccrues : any overpayment will be adjusted by rrlund. The demands will be posted from the office of the Commissimer of Taxes on or about 29th October, 1926.
