LAST SATURDAY’S MATCH. P AERO A DEFEATS KARANGAHAKE, The Pa,eroa Cricket Club opened its, 1926-27 season in perfect weather on Saturday afternoon. The fixture arranged was a practice match with Karangahake, played at the Mackaytqwn domain. Although the. first gajne of the season, some good cricket was played and an enjoyable game result-: ed in Pae.ro-'a defeating Karangahake by 22 runs. It wa.s a single innings game, the details being as follows:— *> KARANGAHAKE.
