On the Hauraki Plains the pasture has grown very rapidly during the past few weeks, and the quantity of feed has been the subject of much comment by travellers Prom other districts. Certainly the district is looking very pretty at present. No toil or danger may man’s will defy. Banish Despair ! life’s best is for th® brave. He who accepts defeat is but a slave.
