NGATEA. CRICKET CLUB FORMED. The many cricketers in Ngatea are not going to depend on clubs in other parts Of the Plains this season for a chance of a game in their teams. At a well attended meeting on Tuesday evening last it was decided to re-form the dub which wa.s active the season before last. Mr J. Terrill was. appointed president, Mr W. G. Hayward non. vice-president, Mr A. L. Ludlow' secretary, and Messrs S. Phillips, H. .Duncan, J. Gribble, R. Corhthwaite, G. Mercer, A. Carlton', M. Canning, H. Dent, and P. Leonard the committee. The president and secretary we,re appointed delegates to the Hauraki Plains Cricket Association. Subscripion fees were fixed at 10s 6d.
