REPORTING TRAFFIC ACCIDENTS.
(To the Editor.) Sir,—I believe there is at present a law (enforced or otherwise) which compels, any party to an accident on the roads to report same to the po<lice. Yet I believe, there was a collision at the, main cross-roads in a certain county village recently, between a motor lorry and a motor delivery van, which has not yet been reported. 1 notice, also, that one of .the vehicles has been left just round a very dangerous corner, occupies half the road, and is left unlighted at night. Thia is a menace to traffic and very dangerous to anyone usjng the road at night, particularly as the road is flanked on both sides by deep drains and hedges. Perhaps the responsible person will look to this if it is ventilated in your valued paper. PUBLIC SAFETY.
