WHEREAS, under the provisions of the Rating Act, 1908, judgment was given,on the Ist day of July, 1925, in the Magistrate’s Court sitting at Paeroa, for the sum of Four pounds Seven shillings and Eleven pence, being the arrears and rates (and costs) due by Benjamin Whitehouse, formerly, of Whangarata, now of parts unknown, settler, as the owner of Section 19 E, portion of Hararahi No. 1 Block, Borough of Paeroa.
