BASKETBALL.
CONTINUATION OF COMPETITION.
ARRANGEMENTS FOR TO-MORROW,
On Saturday last the basket ball competition was advanced a further stage, the results of the games being as follows :—
Seniors.—Old Girls 26, v. High School 11.
Juniors. —Old Gills 18, v. Kiwi B 14 ; Kiwi A 33, v. High School B 5. Following is the draw tor the juniors for to-morrow: High School Av. Ohl Girls, 2.30 p.m.; High School B v, Kiwi B, -2.45 p.m. The draw for the seniors has been postponed in order that a ; trial match may be arranged between two teams selected from the seniors with a view of selecting two representative teams to play outside associations. The following have, been selected to rlay a match, commencing at 3.30 p.m.:—
Goalers, G. Gwilliam, A. Southby, M. Ellis, M. Power, D. Smith, E, Freeman ; centres, E, Moor©, T, Innis, M, Walls, I. Dare, E. Buchanan, C. Taylor ; defenders, N, Ryajl, M, Smith, C. Silcock, D. Towers, A; O’Neil, N, McLeod. Emergencies: F. Wilson, L. Forrest.
