AT the request of the First Mortgagee, in exercise of the Power of Sale contained in Memorandum of Mortgage registered Number 68172 Auckland Registry DALGETY AND COMPANY LIMITED will sell by Public Auction at their Salerooms, 5 Fanshawe Street, Auckland, on FRIDAY, the ELEVENTH day of JUNE, at 12 NOON: ALL THAT parcel of land situate in the Land District of Auckland containing Forty-three acres two roods and three perches, more or less, being part of the block of land in the Ohinemuri Survey District called Taiwhakarewakauri A and being the whole of the land comprised in Certificate of Title recorded in volume 105, folio 12, of the Register Bocks at Auckland. The property, situated on the Thames Road, miles from Paeroa, comprises 43 acres 2 roods and 3 perches, more or less, and has a five-roomed house (old) thereon. .
