GAIETY THEATRE PICTURES. ■ TO-NIGHT. LORRAINE OF THE LIONS. The Sou.th S'ea Islands were chosen as the locale for much of the action olf "Lorraine of the. Lions/’ which is to be shown - to-night. Norman Kerry is the star of the. picture. The story concerns the adventures of a girl who is shipwrecked on,a, South Sea, island, spending twelve years there with animajs as her only, companions.
SATURDAY NIGHT. HIS SUPREME- MOMENT. • Blanche Sweet and Roland .Colman portray respectively a New York actress and a mining engineer ’who experiment with love in “ His Supreme Moment?’ which is to be screened tomorrow night. With her characterisation of the luxury-loving daughter of Broa.dway, Miss Sweet adds new laurels to her long list of screen successes. ' ■ GOLD HEELS. More than ten yea ; rs ago Henry Blossom, junr., produced a play called “Checkers,” which took Broadway by storm. Thomas W. Ross played the title role,' which is, handled, in the screen version, by Robert Agnew, and renamed “Gold Heels.”
