LOAN of £2,000 over the Peka Peka Road Water-Supply Special Rating Area for the purpose of providing and establishing a complete Water- Service as follows :— , 1. For the purpose of constructing, providing and establishing a complete Water Service for the pumping, transmission, and supply of water for farming, domestic and general purposes -for the benefit of the Peka Peka Water Supply Special Area. , 2. That as security for the (payment' of interest, sinking fund, and other charges on. the said Joan, it is the intention of the Council to make and levy a Special Rate of One Penny Threefarthings (ltd) in the '£ on the rateable value (unimproved) of all rateable property in the said Peka Peka Road/Water Supply Special Area. 4, ‘ ' , : 3. That,it is the intention of the Council to pay put of the loan the cost of raising the loan, and the interest and sinking fund for the first year. . -4. That the loan is for a period of twenty (20) years, at such rate of interest not exceeding so' much as may be authorised under Section 11 of “The Finance Act, 1921;” together with an additional charge to provide the necessary Sinking Fund.
