TXT OTICE is hereby given in IM terms of Section 9of the Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913, that it is proposed by the Thames Valley Electric Power Board to raise under Part I. of the said Act a further Special Loan tor the purpose of purchasing and constructing electric works within the meaning of and pursuant to the Electric Power Boards Act, 1925.. The sum proposed to be borrowed, is £150,000. The Board proposes to appropriate and pledge as a security for this loan and interest a Special Rate of one-/ourth of a penny in the pound oh» the Capital Rateable Value of all rateable property within the Electric Power District. It is proposed that the said Loan shall be repayable at the expiration of thirty-six .and onehalf years from the Ist day of June, 1926, anti that a ’Sinking Fund shall be provided of one ■per centum per annum.
