Public Notices. _ * COUNTY OF HAURAKI PLAINS. NOTICE OF SPECIAL ORDERS AUTHORISING THE ALTERATION OF RIDING BOUNDARIES. . IVT OTICE is hereby given that JLV at a Special Meeting of the Hauraki Plains County Council held on Thursday, the 25th day of February, 1926, the following resolutions (by way ■of Special Orders) were passed, and will be submitted for confirmation at a Special. Meeting of the Council to be held on Monday, the 29th day of March, 1926, at 11 a.m. at the County Office, Ngatea:— RESOLUTION. In exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 23 ol the Counties Act, 1920, the Hauraki Plains County Council hereby resolves by way of Special Order as . follows : 1. -On and after a date to be fixed by the Minister of Internal Affairs and notified in the -■ New Zealand Gazette, the Turua Riding shall be altered by. including therein and the Kopuarahi’ Riding shall be altered by excluding therefrom the land, described in the first - schedule, hereto. 2. The boundaries of the, Kopua- ■ rahi Riding as altered shall be as described in the second schedule; hereto. 3. The boundaries of the Turua Riding as altered shall be as described in the third schedule hereto. '. . . THE FIRST SCHEDULE HEREINBEFORE REFERRED TO. ' ' AB- that area in the Hauraki Plains County in the Land District of Auckland .bounded. towards . the. north by. a line commencing at*‘ a point in the centre of the Waihou River in line with the northern boundary of the'Wharetoa Block, thence, proceeding in a westerly direcr tion to and along the northern boundary of the said Wharetoa Block to ’and along the, northeastern and north-western boundaries of Lot 3 of Ngataipua 181 block ; thence ’ towards the west by the western boundaries of Lots 3 and 4 of the said Ngataipua 18l block and-by the eastern boundaries of-Lot 3 of section 13 and section 14 of Block XI. of the. Thames Survey District to the southern boundary of Kaipapaka Block ; thence towards the south by the southern boundary of the said Kaipapaka block, and by a right line to the centre of the Waihou River; thence towards the east by the centre of the Waihou River to the point of commencement. THE SECOND SCHEDULE HEREINBEFORE REFERRED < - to: All that area in the Hauraki Plains County in the Land Dis? trict of Auckland bounded towards the north and- east by. a line commencing, at a point midway in the mouth of the Piako River where it intersects the northern boundary of the Conu-. ty, thence proceeding, in an easterly and southerly direction along such boundary to a point in line with the northern boundary- of the Wharetoa Block; on, -the south .proceeding westerly to and along the northern boundary of the said Wharetoa Block to and along the north-eastern and north-western boundaries of Lot 3 of Ngataipua 181 Block, thence southerly by the western boundaries of Lots 3 and 4 of the said Ngataipua 181 Block and by the eastern boundaries of Lot . 3 of section 13 of ’Block XL of the. Thames :Survey- District, thence westerly along the northern boundaries of. sections,. 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, and 20 of Block XL, Thames Survey District, to and by a right line across the Kopua-rahi-Kerepeehi Road, thence along the northern and western boundaries of section 1, Block (L, Waihou Survey' District, thence in a westerly direction along-the northern boundaries of Kopuarahi 3A2DI and 3A2D2C Blocks to the centre of the Piako River, thence, on . the west,' by a line down, the centre of the Piako River to the point of commencement. THE THIRD INBEFORE REFERRED TO. All that area in the Hauraki Plains County bounded towards the north by a line commencing at a point in the centre of the Waihou River in line with the northern boundary of the Wharetoa Block; thence on the east following up the centre of the said river in a southerly direction to a point in line with the southern boundary of section 105 (Turua Estate) of Block V 11.,: Waihou Survey District; thence on the south proceeding in a westerly direction ■ along. the. southern boundaries of sections 105, 104, 103, 102,101, and 99 of Block VII. Waihou Survey District; thence on the west, proceeding in a northerly direction along the western boundaries of sections 97, 95, 93, 91, 89, Kurunui No. 2, 59, 57, 55, 53, and 51,‘Block VII. aforesaid, sections 49, 47, 45, 43, 41, 39, 37, 35, 31, 29, 27, and 25 Block 111. Waihou Survey District, and along the eastern boundaries of Lots 3 and 2 of section 7, Block IL, Waihou Survey District, and section 14 and Lot 3 of section 13 of Block XL, Thames Survey District, and Lots 4 and 3 of Ngataipua 181 Block ; thence on the north proceeding in an easterly direction along the north-western and north-eastern boundaries of the said Lot 3 of Ngataipua 181 Block to and along the northern boundary of Wharetoa and by a right line to the point of commencement.
