IN Pursuance of the Legislature Act, 1908, and the Licensing Act, 1908, and their amendments, I, Percy Harold Wylde, Returning Officer for the Licensing District of Ohinemuri, do hereby give notice that an election will be held for the return of five qualified persons to serve as members of the Licensing Committee for the said District ; and that the latest hour fc r receiving nominations of candidates will be noon on the 27th day of February, 1926, and the Poll, if necessary, will be taken at the several polling plates of the said district on the 9th day of March, 1926.
