WHEREAS after due enquiry the respective owners of the said tespective shares in the above-described land cannot be found, AND Whereas the said respective owners have no known’agent in New Zealand NOW THE PUBLIC TRUSTEE HEREBY CALLS ON such re, spective owners within six months of the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette to establish to the satisfaction of the Public Trustee their respective titles to-the said shares in the said land, and if such respective owners or either of' them fail or neglect to do so the Public Trustee will, as regards each of the respective shares in the said land to which such title is not so established, exercise the powers aud authorities granted to him in and by the Public Trust Office Act, 1908, and its Amendments.
