NOTICE BY THE PUBLIC TRUSTEE UNDER THE PUBLIC TRUST OFFICE ACT, 1908 (PART II,), AND ITS AMENDMENTS. rpo the owners of the respective i shares in the following land, that is to say : — Two undivided quarter shares or interests in all that piece or parcel of land situated in the Provincial District of Auckland containing by admeasurement 150 acres, more or less, being'Section 9 Block XI, Hastings Survey District, being all the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 83, Folio 151, the registered proprietors of which respective quarter share or interest are ANDREW DEWAR DOUGLAS, Agent, and JOHN ANDREW WAUCHOPE, Mining Engineer, both of Auckland, respectively holding as tenants in common in equal shares. WHEREAS after due enquiry the respective owners of the said respective shares iu the above-described land cannot be found, AND Whereas the said respective owners have no known agent in New Zealand NOW THE PUBLIC TRUSTEE HEREBY CALLS ON such re» spective owners within six months of the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette to establish to the satisfactiou of the Public Trustee their respective titles to the said shares in the said land, and if such respective owners or either of them fail or neglect to do so the Public Trustee will, as regards each of the respective shares in the said land to which such title is not so established, exercise the powers and authorities granted to him in and by the Public Trust Office Act, 1908, and its Amendments.
