* MONDAY’S SITTING.
(Before Mr J. H. Salmon, Warden.)
A sitting of the Warden’s Court was held at Paeroa on Monday, the Warden, Mr J. H. Salmon, presiding. . W. Pt Phillips was. granted a reduction to 3js- 6d an acre for twelve months as from January 1, 1925, in the terms of the Minister's consent on the May Belle S.Q.C. and the Sue- ’ cess S.Q.C. The Maoriland Consolidated, Ltd., was granted three months,’ protection • as from January 5 on the Maoriland S.Q.C., 9341, water-race Nd. 9334, and special site No. 933E1 Protection for six months as from January 1 was granted to H. D. Bedford oli the Desert Gold S.QIC. G. S. Rossi was granted a residence site on section 13, block IX., Karangah(ake, area 1 rooiJ. W. S. C. Nicholls’ surrender of the Success S.Q.C. No. 8160, was accepted as from December 31, 1925.
