MR. STERLING APPOINTED.
The appointment of Mr H. H." Sterling, of Wellington, to the position of general manager of the New Zealand Co-operative Dairy Company, Limited, Hamilton, whs confirmed at a meeting of directors on Wednesday.
Mr Sterling, who is about 40 years of age, has had 25 years’ service in the New Zealand railways. He is a qualified solicitor, and had attained one of the highest positions of the service, that of member of the Railways Board. Mr Sterling will take up his new appointment within a few weeks, and a little later Mr W. Goodfellow, who will retain his position as managing director of the company, will move to Auckland to live, while much of the responsibility now held by' him will be taken over by Mr Sterling.
