PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that it is the intenlion of the Hauraki Plains County Council to apply to the Minister of Public Works and to the Main Highways Board to have the following Roads and Mam Highways in the County of Hauraki Plains classified as under: — 1. All that portion of the main highway No. 15 (Pokcno-Waihi section) from Puke Bridge to the junction with Mahuta Road, two miles south-west of Waitakaruru township—Fourth-Class Road. 2. All that portion of main highway No. 16 (Pokeno-Coro-mandel section) between the Orongo Ferry and the junction with the Pokeno-Waihi highway 1-| miles west of Pipiroa town-ship—Fourth-Class Road. 3. Orchard East Road from the Turua-Netherton Road westward to the Kerepeehi-Kopuarahi Road —Fourth-Class Road. 4. Kerepeehi-Kopuarahi Road from Orchard East Road northward to the junction with Main Highway No. 16 —Fourth-Class Road. 5. Piako Road from TuruaNetherton Road westward to Kerepeehi - Kopuarahi Road Fourth-Class Road. 6. Turua-Orongo Road from Turua Post Office southward to junction with Main Highway No. 16 —Fourth-Class Road. 7. Turua-Netherton Road from Turua Post Office southward to junction with Main Highway No. 15 at Peka Peka Road—FourthClass Road. 8. Huirau Road from TuruaNetherton Road eastward to Waihou River—Fourth-Class Road. 9. Newman’s Road from Huirau Road southward to Waihou River —Fourth-Class Road. \ 10. Kerepeehi-Wharepoa Road from junction with Turua-Neth-erton Road westward to Piako River —Fourth-Class Road. 11. Fisher’s Road from junction with Main Highway No. 15 to School Road—Fourth-Class Road. 12. School Road from junction with; Main Highway No. 15 eastward to Fisher’s Road —FourthClass Road. \ 13. Netherton - Paeroa Road from junction with Main Highway No. 15 at Netherton School east and south to junction with Main Highway No. 15 at Wilson’s Road—Fourth-Class Roads. 14. Ngararahi Stop-bank Road from Puke Bridge to Pukahu Road—Fourth-Class Road. 15. Awaiti Road from Wilson’s Road southward to end—FourthClass Road. 16. Waitakaruru-Miranda Road from Waitakaruru Township westward to County! Boundary— Fourth-Class Road. 17. Waitakaruru - Morrinsville Road from junction with Main Highway southward to southern boundary of County—FourthClass Road. 18. Mahuta Road from junction with Main Highway No. 15 east and south to junction with Waitaka ru ru-Morrinsville Road— Fourth-Class Road. 19. Ngarua Road from Kaihere Township eastward to line ~of Waitakaruru-Maukoro Canal— Fourth-Class Road. 20. Lower Patetonga Road from junction with WaitakaruruMorrinsville Road east and south to southern boundary of County —Fourth-Class Road. Any person having any objection to all or either of the above classifications shall lodge such objection in writing at the County Office, Ngatea, within seven days of date hereof. * - F.
