ANGLICAN BAZAAR.
YESTERDAY’S EFFORT.
A HUGE SUCCESS.
The ladies of St. Paul's Guild are again to be congratulated on the excellence of the annual bazaar and sale of work which took place yesterday and last evening. The organisation was complete in every detail, with the result that the annual fixture is one for tjiem to be proud of. At a glance it was to be seen that very considerable pains and ingenuity had been displayed on decorations-, which made the hall attractive. During the whole period of the function, and especially at night, there was a large attendance, and the hall had the appearance of being a regular market centre. .
The competitions were keenly contested, especially so with .the cut flowers and cookery. The display of noses was a glorious sight, and the blooms brought forth great admiration.
In the evening the feature that stood out over all the others was, the dancing by Miss de Castro’s pupils. That during the past winter they had received skilful tuition was well marked in their graceful and pretty movements
