Derby Stakes Day at Riccarton, and the Waikato Racing Club’s spring meeting at Te Rapa. Particular interest is attached to the Inter-houee Spdrts Carnival at Carlaw Park and the Auckland Football Association’s sports at Blandford Park. Fashions at the Auckland races comprise a charming page, and stage and motion pictures have a widely selected range.
