Licensing District of Ohinemuri IN pursuance of the Licensing Act, 1908,1 hereby give public notice that at the Licensing Poll taken under the provisions of the said Act the number of valid votes recorded for each proposal submitted under section 8 of the Licensing .Amendment Act, 1910, was as follows For the proposal that licenses be restored in the district, 4112. For the proposal that licenses be not restored in the district, 2661. The total number of valid votes recorded at the poll was 6773, and, as the number of valid votes recorded in favour of the proposal that licenses be restored in the district is not less than three-fifths of the total number of votes recorded, I hereby declare that proposal to be carried. The following Time-table alterations will come into operation on 15th November, 1925 :— A Daylight Limited Express leaves Auckland at 7.53 a.m. daily (except Sunday), Frankton 10.22 a.m., and arrives Wellington 11.10 p.m. same day. A Daylight Limited Express leaves Wellington 'at 7.55 a.m., Frankton, 8.34 p.m., and arrives Auckland. 11.1 p.m. same day. The Ordinary Express leaves Auckland at 7.45 p.m., Frankton 10 24 p.m., and arrives Wellington at 12.38 p.m? following day. Leaves Wellington at 2 p.m., Frankton 4.9 a.m., and arrives Auckland at 6.41 a.m. Express leaves Auckland for Rotorua 10.30 a.m., Morrinsville 2.20 p.m.,.. and arrives Rotorua 5.20 p.m. Rotorua-Auckland express leaves Rotorua 9.30 a.m., Morrinsville 12.8 p.m., and arrives Auckland 3.58 p.m. Express train will leave Auckland for Thames at 9.30 a.m., Paeroa 3.17, and arrive Thames 4.26 p.m. Express train leaves Thames at 10.5 a.m., Paeroa 10.55, and arrives Auckland 4.53 p.m. > The usual 6.40 a.m. PaeroaFrankton train leaves Paeroa 6.37 a.m. The 12.25 p.m. Paeroa-Te Aroha train will NOT run. Thames 3.45 p.m., Paeroa 5.35 p.m., and arrives Frankton 8.20 p.m. (connecting with the Daylight Limited Express for Auckland). The usual 2.5 p.m. and 4.45 p.m. trains will leave Waihi 2 p.m. and 4.33 p.m., Waikino 2.15 p.m. and 4.48 p.m., Karangahake 2.44 p.m. and 5.9 p.m., arriving Paeroa 3 p.m. and 5.26 pm. respectively. The usual 3.35 p.m. and 5.55 p.m. Paeroa-Waihi trains will leave Paeroa 3 20 p.m. and 5.46 p m., Karangahake 3.36 p.m. and 6.2 p,m., Waikino 4 p.m. and 6.26 p.m., arriving Waihi 4.15 p.m. and 6.41 p.m. respectively.
