Public Notices. COUNTY OF HAURAKI PLAINS. NOTICE OF SPECIAL ORDER. "IVTOTICE is hereby given that at Xl a Special Meeting of the Hauraki Plains County Council held on Tuesday, the Bth day of September, 1925, there was passed the following resolution which will be submitted for confirmation at the ordinary monthly meeting of the said County Council to be. held on Tuesday, the 10th day of November, 1925, at 11 a.m. at the County Chambers, Ngatea : “In pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on it by part JV of “The Counties Act, 1920,” and by every other Act, and of every z other power it in that behalf enabling the Hauraki Plains County Council hereby makes by Special Order, the By-law hereinafter set out to amend the By-law of Jthe said Council and passed on the 4lh day of December, 1922, and intituled the Hauraki Plains County By-law, 1922, such By-law to be in force throughout the said County.” 1. This By-law may be referred to as “The Hauraki Phi ins County By-law, 1922, Amendment, 1925.” 2. In this By-law the words “Principal By-law ’ ’ mean and refer to 1 ‘The Hauraki Plains County By-law, 1922.” 3. Section 53 of the Principal Bylaw is herebv repealed and the following section substituted: 53. Subject to Sections 54, 55, . 56, and 57 hereof no person shall drive any motor car, motor delivery van, or drive a motor cycle on any road within the County" at a greater speed than 28 miles per hour. 4. Section 54 of the Principal Bylaw is hereby amended by deleting the number “10” in subsection (d) and substituting the number “15.” 5. Section 55 of the Principal Bylaw is hereby amended by deleting all the words after * ‘ speed then ” and substituting the number and words “10 miles per hour.” 6. Section 58 of the Principal Bylaw is hereby amended by deleting the number “ 12 ” and substituting the number “ 16.” Dated at Ngatea this 6th day of October, 1925. ERNEST WALTON, County Clerk.
