PURSUANT to Section 50 of “The Rating Act, 1908,” notice is hereby given that the Hauraki Plains County Council, in pursuance of sections 120 and 121 of “The Counties Act, 1920,” and “The Rating Act, 1908,” and amendments thereof respectively, and of section 41 of “The Hospital and Charitable Institutions Act, 1909,” and of section 6 of “The Local Bodies Finance Act, 1921-22,” and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, intends, at its next ordinary meeting, to be held in its office at Ngatea on Tuesday, the 13th day of October,. 1925, to make and levy the following rates 1.
