PURSUANT to Section 10 of “The Local Elections and Polls-Amendment Act, x 1913,” I hereby give notice that at a poll of the Ratepayers of the Netherton Roads Loan (1925)- Special Rating Area taken on the i4th day of September, 1925, on the proposal of the Hauraki Plains County Council to borrow the sum of .£29,500 for the construction of roads |iu the said Area. The number of votes recorded FOR the proposal was 95. The number of votes recorded AGAINST the proposal was 9. I therefore declare that the proposal was carried.
