PURSUANT to Section 6 of the “Land Drainage Act, 1905,” public notice is hereby given that the Ratepayers’ List of the Horahia Drainage District is deposited at the Board’s Office, situated at my residence, Piako Road, Turua, and is open for public inspection between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. until September 15, 1925. Any person who considers himself aggrieved by reason of the insertion or incorrectness of any matter in such list or the omission of any matter therefrom may object. All such objections will be heard at the Magistrate’s Court, Thames, on September 16, 1925, at 12 noon, when the Magistrate will finally revise such list.
