Good music was supplied by Miss I. Smith, of Paeroa, and extras were contributed by Miss I. Calligan. The duties of M.C. were in the capable hands of Mr E. Potter, while the supper arrangements were carried but by a large band of willing workers. The euchre prize for the ladies, a damask cloth, presented by Mr P. Williams, Paeroa, Was won by "Mrs W. • After presenting the prizes Mr R. H. An invitation was extended to those present to join the Manchester Unity and help to strengthen the crusade upon which the lodge is engaged—a crusade consistent with the ideal of social justice, but isp designed that thrift, self-reliance, and mutual dependence are happily blended.
