COUNTY OF HAURAKI PLAINS NOTICE OF INTENTION TO BORROW. Loan of £29,500 over the Netherton Roads Loan (1925) Special Rating Area for the Construction of Roads Therein as Set Out Hereunder: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN—r. That the loan is for a period of 36% years at such rate of interest not exceeding so much as may be authorised under Section 11 of “The Finance Act, 1921,” together with an additional charge to providelhe necessary sinking fund. The Boundaries of the said Special Rating Area are as follows: — Commencing at a point where the Northern and Eastern Boundaries of Netherton Riding intersect thence in a Westerly and Southerly direction by the Northern and Western Boundaries of the said Riding to the North-Western corner of Lot 1 of Te Awaiti 1J283 Block, thence in" a Southerly direction along the Western Boundaries of Te Awaite IJB3, IJ2 A l, and i A Blocks, thence in aa Easterly direction along the Southern Boundary of Te Awaiti iA Block to the Eastern Boundary of the said last mentioned block, thence by a right line to the Waihou River, thence in a Northerly direction by the Eastern Boundary of the Netherton Riding to the point of commencement.
