NOTICE is hereby given that the Elstow Drainage Board at a meeting to be held in its office, Waihou, on Friday, September 4, 1925, at the hour of 10 a m., intends to make and levy under “The Land Diainage Act, 1908,” and all Amedments thereof, “The Rating Act, 1908,” and its Amendments, and all other Acts, and powers it in that behalf enabling a general rate on a graduated scale according to the Classification lists of lands within the several Sub divisions of the Elstow Drainage District as hereunder : —
