PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Regulations as to the use of Motor Lorries made under “The Public Works Amendment Act, 1924,” and “The Motor Vehicles Act, 1924,” the Ohinemuri County Council has declared all roads in the County other than the Main Highways to be classified as follows : Winter months (April to September, inclusive), 4th class; summer months (October to March, inclusive), 3rd class. Any person, objecting to the foregoing classification may lodge a notice in writing of his objection and of the ground thereof with the undersigned at the County Offices, Paeroa.
