PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Regulations as to the use of Motor Lorries made under “The Public Works Amendment Act, 1924,” and “The Motor Vehicles Act, 1924,” the Ohinemuri County Council has declared all roads in the County other than the Main Highways to be classified as follows : Winter months (April to September, inclusive), 4th class; summer months (October to March, inclusive), 3rd, class. PURSUANT to the provisions of “ The Land Drainage Act, 1908,” and the Amendments thereto, NOTICE is hereby given that the Ratepayers Lists for the Hauraki Drainage Board prepared in accordance with the provisions of the said Act, is deposited for inspection at the office of the undersigned, Turua Buildings, Turua, where it may be inspected without fee during office hours by all persons interested therein. Any person who considers himself aggreived by reason of the insertion of, or the incorrectness of any matter in the said List, or the omission of any matter therefrom, may object to the same. ' One copy of each such objection should be lodged with the Clerk of the Magistrate's Court at Thames, and one copy should be left at the office of the undersigned aforesaid. Notice is further given that the Magistrate will sit to hear all such objections and finally revise the said list at the Courthouse at Thames on Tuesday, the Ist day of September, 1925, at noon.
