NOTICE is hereby given that the Elstow Drainage Board at a meeting to be held in its office, Waihou, on Friday, September 4, 1925, at the hour of 10 a.m., intends to fnake and levy under “The Land Diainage Act, 1908,” and all Amedments thereof, “The Rating Act, 1908,” arid its Amendments, and all other Acts, and powers it iu that behalf enabling a general rate on a graduated scale according to the Classification lists of lands within the several Sub divisions of the Elstow Drainage District as hereunder : — NGUTUMANGA AREA—2/sd in the pound on the unimproved rateable value of all lands in Class “A.” 2j4d in the pound on the unimproved rateable value of all lands in Class “ B.” IJ'sd in the pound ui .the unimproved rateable value of all lands in Class “ C.” CENTRAL AREA— in the pound on the unimproved rateable value of all lands in Class."
