PURSUANT to Section 9 of X “The Local Bodies Loans act, 1913, ’ notice is hereby given that the Paeroa Borough Council proposes to raise a Special Loan as follows:— „ Proposed Loan of £2OOO for the purpose of providing Borough Chambers and Office Accommodation for the Paeroa Borough Council, including the first halfyear’s interest and Sinking Fund and the cost of raising the Loan. 'that the Paeroa Borough Council proposes to make sucii Loan repayable in 36-| years, and proposes to make provision for the repayment thereof by a sinking fund of not less than one per centum per annum.
