SITTING AT I’AERDA.

APPLICATIONS DEALT WITH.
A brief sitting of the Warden’s’ Court was held at Paeroa on Monday last, tiie Warden, Mr J. H. Salmon, presiding. The Imperial Gold Mining Co.’s application for a special quartz claim in what is . known as McDonald’s S.Q.C., an area of 35 acres al Karangahake, was recommended to the Minister.
The application of the same company for a reduction of rent to 2s 6d an acre on S.Q.C. 208 and S.Q-C. 9256 was also recommended to the Minister.
The surrender of residence sites 7394 and 7002 on account of E. H. Keating and Mrs E. E. Hughes, respectively, was accepted. Residence sites were granted to L. Campbell, 20.8 perches, Karangahake, and J. B. Morris, 3 roods, also at Karangahake. The application of J. B. Morris for a special site on sections 4 and 5, Block IX., area 1 rood 3 perches, at Karangahake, was granted.
