Mr H. Poland, M.P.. left Paeroa this morning for Wellington to attend the funeral of the late Prime Minister tomorrow.
Mr J. Rowe, who hais been one or the Thames Borough representatives on the Thames Hospital Board for twelve years, took his seat at Monday’s board meeting after an absence of two years, and was warmly welcomed by the chairman.
